Beautiful space, great comfortable seating inside. Totally bummed I didnt hang out in the back/side patio, great sunshine. Great cheeses, food. Got yummy breakfast, and an epic delicious sandwich to go. Staff knowledgeable and attentive. Got cheese to go from the deli/market side too.

i'm a huge fan of a meat and cheese plate and supremely nice, knowledgeable people. maker's common has both and more! the space, service and offerings are so thoughtful and the owners couldn't be more passionate or excited to be in the neighborhood. i also love the comfortable outdoor space. just a warm, inviting, delicious place. can't wait to come back!

The burrata is incredibly good, and the cheese plate, Valley Ford sandwich, and Mac and Cheese are also well executed. Ambience is first rate, and crowds are surprisingly light given the convenient location and beautiful outdoor terrace on the back. The key challenge is the price point and value -- given the small portions, the prices are
quite high and expect to get more than a sandwich if you come in hungry.

This spot has rightfully earned its place as one of my weekly stops. My favorite part by far is the meat and cheese counter. Their mortadella is very satisfying and they have a great cheese selection. They carry a fantastic fig spread as well! I suggest buying some meat and cheese at the counter and then asking for bread and ordering some wine; eat it outside in the shared patio and take your day from good to great.

Cheese and meat, meats and cheese. Eat at the great space Maker's Common has created or take it go for a picnic or dinner party. Such a great spot to dine in/ or take away. Berkeley is lucky to have them in the neighborhood! Can't wait to try their brunch!

Delicious food and well curated selection of beer and wine. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Nicely designed space, including an outdoor patio. Love this new addition to Berkeley!

I really love this place! It’s a great addition to the community. Usually finding a Fieldworks beer on tap is a big plus, so is their fried chicken with smoked squash!
The cheese monger Janna really knows her stuff!

Maker's Common is located in Berkeley in a gorgeous, big and light filled space. It serves up incredible cheese and charcuterie plates which are the perfect pre-dinner or brunch appetizer. I absolutely love Maker's Common and it's a great addition to the neighborhood!
