I don’t usually leave a review but I will this time. Whoever the short older lady is with the glasses and grey hair is extremely rude. First, her attitude reflects the fact that she does not want to be there and second, she had to talk about my husband’s license in front of customers, while walking away. We literally just moved here and just found out yesterday the MVA is back open. When I find out her name, I will be adding it to this review... I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the food is ok and other employees make an effort to be kind.

It seems here as of recently customer service at this store has gone way downhill. only one employee at this store makes sure that the coffee is always fresh as well as the food, and always tries to make the customers smile. And then i hear other employees complaining that a customer was complaining but isn't it a part of their job to ensure great customer service and helping the customers out and making their visit enjoyable and being nice if something is wrong and try to fix it.....great customer service means customers will return....as for that one employee, you're doing a wonderful job and the customers appreciate it even is some people don't. I truly hope this store is able to clean itself up and improve its customer service skills with the rest of their employees. That woman in their goes above and beyond and is always cleaning or stocking something. Also could the evening shift workers make sure the taquitos are fresh and not always hard and have fresh coffee as well. Other than this I would just like to say to that one employee thank you for treating your customers as if they're family to you or very close friends. Even when i have a bad day, you bring a smile to my face and always have a smile on yours as well.....Good luck in life young lady as I am moving away soon, but i wish you luck with your children, your job, and your future. Keep up with your hard work and smiling face!

Do NOT get Slurpees here. They are normally watered down or totally liquid. I was in the mood for one so I took a chance that may e this one would actually be good. Just bought one about 3 minutes ago, it is more than half melted already. It's only 55° outside. What a waste. I'll just have to make the extra drive to go to sheetz from now on.

Do NOT use the ATM at this 7-11. I was there this weekend for the Apple Butter Festival and made one $80 withdraw from their ATM. I was charged $80 three times! Now I've had to open a dispute with my credit union and it could take 45-90 days to get this resolved. Something is definitely wrong with that ATM!

The 7-11 itself is good. They actually have fresh food as well as prepackaged. There are some local offerings as well as national brands. The employees are always helpful. The problem with this area is the sidewalks are awful. There is sometimes a 2 inch gap between one sidewalk pad and another. I have seen people in wheelchairs staying at the Berkeley Springs Motel (around the corner) trying to get to this 7-11 which is on a downhill run anyway have to go out into the street in some parts and still once they make it to the sidewalk, there is still issues. The business owners in that strip mall need to pressure whoever owns this property into making improvements.

I've notied that the new policy is to card EVERYONE that buys Tobacco products from here ARE TO BE CARDED. Which that policy only stands for certain people. The night shift person this morning on November 19th, is not standing by that policy but she ALWAYS ask for my identification. Not understanding why the policy don't stand for EVERYBODY that frequents the store!!!
