Papa John's

Normally I’m not a fan of Papa John pizza. However, this location is exceptionally clean, easy to access and quite quick. They made my pizza super fast and with pretty much no ugly parts. If I want good pizza I will patronize a family restaurant 1st. But if I’m looking for quick and quantity I will definitely return.

The food and store employees here are great, but this negative review goes out to corporate and their behavior to save money. I ordered over the phone and was met by an outsourced “employee” from India, and after an unnecessarily long call, I was asked if I wanted to participate in a survey...I don’t fault the guy for doing his job and following procedure, considering that I worked in HR before as well, but I also worked at a pizza shop. Sure, picking up the phone is annoying, but you can put them on hold; productivity is costing your reputation...I miss the old CEO of Papa Johns.

Got a pizza here last week. It smelled like something was rotten on it. I almost vomited. I couldn't eat it and just threw it away. This was a remade pizza, because the first did not have the correct ingredients I ordered. This is very disappointing because I used to like Papa John's. I'm not sure what is going on with this company or store, but it needs to be remedied.

I got harassed by one of the delivery drivers (who also wasn’t wearing a mask) while trying to order my pizza in the shop. He asked me inappropriate questions about my outfit and it was very uncomfortable. It was uncomfortable enough that my boyfriend and other male friend went to go pick up the pizza in my place. The pizza was fine but definitely not worth getting harassed. That will be the last time I get pizza from here.
