Subway

We had a very large order so we ordered online. It was ready in 15 minutes at the estimated time. My sister didn’t have a big order so she went in and ordered. Abby and Addie were working today and they were SO sweet, welcoming, quick, and kind. One of the pizzas I ordered had the wrong kind of peppers and they were willing to fix it with no fuss or issue! I choose Benton Subway over any of the rest around here. Again, Abby and Addie were so sweet and I just had to leave a good review!

I literally cannot remember the last time I went to Subway because of how much I seem to dislike their food. I decided to give them another chance and this is a different Subway From the one that I had last time, it was just as awful.. There were 2 younger men working working and seemed like they didn't know their left from their right they seemed very confused and kept repeating our order wrong. I got the chicken teriyaki and it was nasty. I wanted it warmed and toasted with extra cheese too and none of that happened. My sister also told them cheese on hers and there was none.

Madison was not helpful and was very aggravated that we even came in to order. Her coworker asked her for help because we had 5 sandwiches and she was too busy in the back to want to come help make the sandwiches. After ordering, she charged us for more than we ordered and I questioned the receipt and she couldn’t have cared less to help me understand what I was being charged for. (My fault for swiping my card before I knew what she was charging me for.) She then told me she couldn’t refund me and that she would have to give my information to her manager because he wasn’t there and she doesn’t have the ability to refund “because she’s not a manager.” The inside was recently remodeled and was nice to see, but I won’t be going back until they’re staffed appropriately. I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional and disrespectful employee.

Food was good and made right. Excellent place to get a quick bite. The staff was friendly and prompt. My food is always made right and delicious. Went here for an early supper since it's too hot for me to eat bad I wanted a good sandwich. The employee was prompt and made my sandwich just the way I wanted it.

Ordered a footlong and 6 inch online to be ready by 3:20. I got there only a couple minutes after and they had just started on my order. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my order. Got home and found there were onions and peppers on a sandwich that I had called before to have them remove it. Barely any meat on the 6 inch either so it felt like eating just bread.
