We were traveling and order a burger and a happy meal with lots of ketchup and the burger was raw in the middle also wasn't given any ketchup so we didn't get to eat out food at all...

Ordered thru the mobile app. Order a spicy DELUXE chicken sandwich and THIS is what I got. This is NOT the deluxe...this is a sad excuse for a chicken sandwich. I have complained on 2 different occasions about this location with absolutely NO RESPONSE!

I had a satisfactory experience. My meal was adequate. The price was very comparable to the other 4 Mcdonalds I pass on the way to work. The staff wasn't as hostile/indifferent as I've become accustomed to. But ya know, it's still McDonald's so 4 stars. No McDonald's in the world deserves 5 stars.

10 minutes a car, and that's just for ordering. No guarantee the food will be at least warm when you get it. I get no one wants to work here, so pay them more. Zaxby's right across the street ended up getting my money, lmao, but I already spent more than the food's worth idling in the dang drive thru.

There are two night crews, they are understaffed, and only one of the night crews are very polite despite being worked to the bone, and are very accurate with orders. The other night crew has, on multiple occasions, gotten my orders wrong, are rude to me, and don't seem to care about presentation. Idk why, but I am not a big fan of opening up a wrapper or a box to find lettuce splashed everywhere. 3 stars is too many, but I believe they're trying and that's good enough for 3.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I ordered through the app because I know this location is EXTREMELY slow, but it's the closest to my house and I have 5 kids. I ordered 45 minutes before I was going to be there, then I sat there for 20 minutes after checking in waiting. I called the restaurant twice, finally got an answer and the woman that answered was extraordinarily rude. The way this restaurant is run, they should sell to an owner that cares and will actually hire people that take their job seriously.

Everything tasted bad and old, worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been. The guys so rude too… we order at 3 am, but we also are on a road trip, not expecting to spend about 20 dlls, just for the food to go to the trash…
