Ribcrib Bbq

This was my first time to dine at the RibCrib BBQ. I do try a lot of BBQ restaurants, and I am pretty picky about ribs. I ordered the half rack with house original dry rub along with Mac and cheese and Fried Okra for the sides. The ribs were cooked to perfection in my opinion. They had a good bite, but were very juicy and tender. The flavor of the rub was well balanced with the smoke for a very savory taste. The sides were also great. Our server was fantastic as well. She was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Thank you for an excellent dining experience!

Rib Crib in Benton, what a surprise. Tara was our waitress, fast, friendly, courteous, and a smile that should be free therapy! She suggested "The Club", I would have never picked it, this sandwich was mouth wateringly amazing. In the fashion of a BLT club, the chicken with American cheese and bacon on one level, pulled pork pepper jack cheese lettuce and tomato on the next level, all built on HOT texas toast. This sandwich, if I dare to only classify it as a sandwich, will simple knock your socks off. The picture does not do this meal any justice, so much better than the picture can represent Paired with freshly cooked onion rings that melt in your mouth. The wife had the combo plate and took home most of it, the portions are fabulous. Gotta mention the Rib Crib signature sauces cap off the flavor wheel very nicely A MUST GO

This was our 1st visit, and we will be back! The ribs were fall off the bone good, and I recommend the Carolina sauce. We also had the cheeseburger, chicken salad, mashed potatoes, potato salad, and side salads. Everything was well portioned and delicious. Brian our server was attentive and polite. I appreciate good service! The place was clean and the parking lot well maintained. Thanks for a great time!

Went on a Sunday afternoon for a bday gathering. It seems there were only two waitresses. Ours did a good job, when she was able to make it to our table. Our food came out slow and not together. Some were done eating by the time the rest of our food came. The pulled pork was undercooked, the brisket was bland but the chicken was good. It's been years since I've came here, and it'll prob be a few more before I think about returning.
