Stephanie, the ice cream cake decorator is extraordinary. She has excellent customer service skills, is courteous, professional and artiistic. I will continue to purchase at this particular store! My guests always compliment my cakes.

I really did not like going there the girls was rude and made me 2 wrong shake and charge me for it, I paid 18.99 for 3 shake which 2 of them was wrong and she still made me pay for it. I end up leaveing the 2 wrong shake on the table and took the one that supposed be right even that wasn't that great . A manger should take care of this. Rather then this I love this place I always go to this place just this time :(

I love the icecream, hated the hair in it. My head is shaved and though the service was great, I am a firm believer in fast food and hair nets.

Normal baskin Robbins. Good ice cream. Employees change a lot but are always nice. :) always looks clean. Cakes and custom cakes are great

Owner not too personable , thats ok...come for the icecream but every time I irder yhe ice cream is way to sift and runny immediately upon getting it :(
