I posted below earlier, Now issue is resolved, Manager approached me and provided the service at home. Thanks for your prompt response. Not good experience. I inquired to install some accessories (reverse camera) and confirmed by the contact person that you can visit we will get it done in 2 hours. I reconfirmed before visiting but when I reached there they said accessories is not available for your car it will be available in evening so they requested leave your car with install the same otherwise asked to get it done next day. Instead I said will visit tomorrow and get it done. Next day again I called no response later I got message accessories person is not reachable. I wasted good amount of time for nothing. I'm very disappointed with the experience.

I always visit this place for my car service and insurance. I always get Excellent service and assistance from Sathish. However, sales team is not so great. I visited twice to their sales floor to see Ertiga and shared my location for test drive but no one turned at the schedule day/ time and they don't have any vehicle to show. May be they are less intrested as this vehicle is in demand and waiting period is high. Anyways, I have doubt if I will again visit to this showroom.

Recently I purchased Maruti Suzuki Brezza from Surakshaa Car Care Electronic city. My experience with dealership was great. PRAVEEN NAIK was the relationship manager who understood my requirement and guided me with all the details. He was not a person who is in hurry to do sales, but rather he just provides his input and listen to customer view points completly before further suggestions. He was always very responsive and try to clear all doubts patiently and allows customer to think and come back. And also very helpful . Overall great experience and hope it continues. I am very much happy with the suraksha team .. Mr giresh Mr Vishwa .. and Mr Ganesh .. they are very supportive.. this is my second car from suraksha elc branch ... Whenever I call giresh responds even in the let night ... Even for lon also he supported me very much ... I am very happy... Thank you .. Already I referred five of my friends to giresh ...

I booked the car three days back and believe it or not, within three days, I have received my brand new car. Moreover, the showroom executives have been super helpful and they have continuously updated me regarding the delivery progress.
