The place doesn't have dedicated parking spots so you'll have to park on the roadside with the risk of your vehicle being fined. The place doesn't have wheelchair accessible entrance

Price - too high. Service and behaviour -4/5* I recently visited this ice-cream shop and I have to say, it was one of the best ice-cream experiences I've ever had. The first thing I noticed was the incredible variety of flavors they had on offer - from classic chocolate and vanilla to more unique flavors. But what really set this shop apart was the quality of the ice cream. It was so creamy and smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness. You could tell that it was made with high-quality ingredients and a lot of care. The staff at the shop were also fantastic - they were friendly and patient, and they let me try a few different flavors before making my decision. They even offered to let me try some of their vegan options, which was a really nice touch. Overall, I would highly recommend this ice-cream shop to anyone who loves great ice cream. It's a bit on the pricey side, but I think it's totally worth it for the amazing flavors and quality. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other flavors.

[ ] Route preference - The place is located on Neeladri road, and depending on the starting point, you'll get different routes, and all routes are pretty good. [ ] Wheelchair accessibility - This place is not wheelchair accessible. [ ] Parking space - There is limited parking space for 2 wheelers, but 4 wheelers should be parked in a nearby cross road at the owner's risk. Experience: [ ] Space - The place has decent space and doesn't really get crowded most of the time. [ ] Ambience - White lighting all around, would have preferred yellow lighting. Seating arrangements are just okay. [ ] Crowd - The place was empty when we went. Doesn't get too crowded. [ ] Product pricing and quality - We took two ice cream options and one sundae. The quality and taste was really good. Pricing is in the expected range. For 3 people, the bill was around Rs. 600/-. [ ] Verdict - Would recommend going here for dessert and for the quality of products.
