I loved the digital self ordering system MacDonalds has installed in the outlets. They really speed up the ordering. This outlet was spacious and extremely clean. The food was good as usual.

Ambience is great. Now there's McCafe as well. Well even though KFC is just a few meters away I wanted to try crispy chicken here unfortunately my taste buds started crying after eating McSpicy Fried chicken. It's no where close to KFC's fried chicken. Taste was horrible 🤢. Cinnamon or some other spice was dominating and chicken was not crispy. I know it's deep fried but still when compared to KFC this was very oily.

You get to order contactless as you enter. There are touch screen monitors to place your order making it easy to order. We had ordered potato wedges and a Cappuccino. The Cappuccino was very good and refreshing. A very hygiene place to hangout

One of the oldest Mac d, as usual it is good. It's spacious and easy to reach. It's in very good location. And as the menu is limited they ll serve everything. Not much waiting time. Parking for 2 wheelers is limited. For 4 wheeler again it's a fight. The area is always busy so finding parking for 4 wheeler is a fight. Over all good place. They are following few covid rules & precautions which is good.

Totally Fantastic experience given by the team. I visited the McDonalds after 1 month with the fear of the COVID-19 but McDonalds Basavanagudi Staff ensure that all the people entering get sanitized and checked for temperature and also the place is very hygienic and clean . I'm loving IT. Thank you McDonalds for giving the awesome experience during the pandemic.
