Subway

Tonight I ordered delivery through Subway's website. (Subway partners with DoorDash for delivery.) When the DoorDash driver delivered the wrong order, I called the store and spoke with Crystal who made the sandwiches. Despite this error falling on the shoulders of the DoorDash driver, Crystal was professional, kind, empathetic, and offered to resolve the issue by remaking my order. Thank you, Crystal, for being an exceptional human, and for making the best Subway sandwich I've ever had.

I order from Subway a fair amount when I am on the road for business. I like to get the Turkey with Double Meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. The Bend location is super close to my office and very easy to see from Business Highway 97 and has ample parking. I usually order using the phone app which is as easy as it gets. Never a problem with the order or the pickup time. Super friendly staff at this location. Great place to eat.

Excellent service! Very efficient and very friendly. Greeted us right away and conversed with us while quickly making our meal. All the ingredients in the case looked very fresh and of course the sandwich was great. Tables were cleaned off and wiped down in a timely manner and restaurant looked clean and well kept.

+2 incredibly well made craftsmanship tasty subs +3 Insane customer service I went into this subway (5.27.16) 30 minutes before closing to order multiple subs for family for which I was expecting to get glares & negativity from whatever staff was there. Instead I got greeted with joviality, with smiles and two male staff members looking to engage me in conversation. I can't even get that at 95% of Starbucks locations which are supposedly renowned for their atmosphere and customer connection! Being that I was in bend only for Memorial Day weekend for the Cascadian Classic competition I asked the staff for some recommendations on what to do in the area. Everything was incredible. Old mill district has blasted my socks off I love the scenic views. I loved pilot rock. Loved both King's Buffet and old pancake house. Whoever the manager is of this store should be proud. You should also give the two gents that worked that night a bear hug for me & a pat on the back because they made my day and I hope this make's theirs.
