After receiving the most un professional service in my life, I promise that I will definitely never use this establishment again. I understand that everyone has bad days, but I believe that when you're in a customer service field, your attitude needs to be sat aside.

Melissa is absolutely outstanding!!! This woman deserves a raise or at least a promotion! Handled a busy store very well and stayed calm cool and collected. I was half tempted to steal your employee for my own staff!

Why order ahead online if I have to wait a half hour in line to pick up. Employee was so rude when I asked where pick up was!

I don't often travel on this route, but I did on this day, and I have done so often enough that I knew there was a Subway about the time I needed lunch. I brought along a coupon from the Sunday newspaper. There were no problems with my coupon or anything else. Everything went quickly, the employees were all friendly and polite.
