Aside from the fact that the lobby is rarely open because they're always short staffed, The folks that are working here are super friendly and helpful. The line at the drive-through is always insane so I order ahead. It's Dunkin so it's always delicious but I really love the usual employees at this location. Bianca is my favorite! She's always running and hustling and keeps a smile on her face!

I’m not one to complain cuz the evening staff at this store have been good to me, but this was unfair. I got my iced coffee at 9 AM and to my surprise it was super messed up. Not only was my coffee not even full when I got it, I found a metallic shard in my drink. This is dangerous to people’s health. As a former barista, I would not serve a drink like this to anyone because it’s just straight up dangerous and rude. Please inspect your urns, brewing station, etc. P.S. Props to evening staff for being super friendly and never messing up my drinks.

The drinks are always good, but consistency is not. You may get a drink that is less than full or made just a bit different everytime 🥴

Why is it so hard to listen to the customer when we ask for something specific ?? I always ask for my toast double toasted and the last 3 times my toast has come out soggy like it wasn't even toasted once. Just disappointed.

A friends daughter works at the Beloit store. She informed her mother that there have been several other employees STILL working even though they have tested positive for COVID. The store has not closed down to clean and sanitize putting everyone at risk. What is going to be done about this ?!

Food was great and out fast! Coffee was all made correct with no issues 😁 no complaints!!! Best Dunkin I've been to in a while :D
