First visit here with friends. Sat at a table outside . View and setting fantastic. Had the seafood spaghetti. They know exactly how pasta is supposed to be made. A bad cooked pasta, soggy or to hard can ruin a meal. It was perfect. Couldn't get enough of it. Great variety of beers and wines to go with the meal.

Beware of reviewers with only one or two reviews. Usually angry rants but sometimes "friends." Use care Being beautiful doesn't make it good. Like so many overpriced "fancy" restaurants this owner is resting on some old laurels. If you are Belmont "townie" you'll be treated more attentively and if you order off the "good" but absurdly overpriced wine menu, well again you may be treated well. I've heard that it is unpredictable. Thing is, the Boston area has buckets of Italian food restaurants . Many far better. I was really hoping for fresh well cooked fish. For a chef who worked on the Amalfi coast, this is a "they won't notice in the candlelight." Well we did, dry and overcooked. Heat lamp. Local newspaper awards. Otherwise ignored for ages by important reviewers. If I'm wrong then I can't find anything. Probably should update your website. There's a place in Waltham that also starts IL then a C. I don't know if it's nice to say recommend another place. It's truly an experience and earns it.

Super delicious food! Authentic Italian food, portions are large and service is so good and fast! Kids had spaghetti with tomato sauce and they enjoyed every bite. The salad was so delicious and fresh with toasted nuts and olive oil. All food had the strong taste of Italian olive oil. I liked that I can order main course half potion! They have many vegetarian and vegan options, and One of their chicken plates is Halal.

My gf and I went here for our 1 year anniversary, all I have to say is wow… the service was beyond amazing, even people who weren’t our server were checking in on us making sure everything was good. As an appetizer I highly recommend the burrata, was rich but also very light and fluffy ! For an entree my gf got the eggplant parm, and she was satisfied with it, she did say it was a little plan- maybe it needed some more seasoning to it? I got the tagliatelle bolognese, it was good- very interesting mixture of all sorts of meats- even though it was good, I feel as if it could’ve had a little bit more tomato sauce on it and maybe some more flavor to it… Desert: We had the chocolate cake and it was amazing- very rich and filling ! The entrees were great, maybe they were having an off night or possibly the entrees we got aren’t ones they focus on ? Maybe it’s just the style of the food? Not quite sure, but even though we had a slight inconvenience we are down to go there again- switch it up and try some new entrees I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a romantic vibe

This is a very nice local restaurant. They have all the precautions in place for COVID-19 and there seemed to be a bustling take-out business. We ordered the saltimbocca and the bolognese and both were full of flavor and large portions. We topped off the meal with a decadent black forest cake. It was rich and the buttercream was smooth and delicious. It's worth trying them out if you are looking for a nice place in Belmont.

The food & waitress could not have been better!! We started with Brussels sprouts, cooked to perfection with a combination of balsamic vinegar, cheese for a flavor sensation. Then very traditional Italian meals: chicken parmesan, chicken marsala and eggplant parmesan. All: so, so, so good!! You ask why not 5 stars?? The music. It was dance/club music (from 10-15 years ago): loud, with such a fast beat we felt uncomfortable, not appropriate for an upscale restaurant
