Wendy's

I just had a great experience with the manager of Wendy’s. I requested an additional drink and instead of stopping the drive through line so I can pay, he just gave it to me for free. This made for a great experience not only for me, but the entire line of cars behind me as they didn’t have to wait longer for their food. Kudos to him for his quick thinking and strategic approach with customer experience.

Today was the first and last time, I will go to this specific location. The customer service was bad. They replaced my sprite 4x and each time it was muddy water brown, until the point I asked for a sweet tea instead. The fries were cold. My wife ordered the spicy chicken nuggets and she got half spicy nuggets and half regular nuggets. I also order the new hot honey chicken sandwich without bacon because I do not eat pork. Once I opened my sandwich it had bacon crumbs and bacon grease on the bun, as if they just pulled the bacon off of a previously made sandwich.

So slow.... Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes, didn't move. Wife went inside for 10 minutes to order at the register, also didn't move Wasn't even busy inside or out. I would think that after years they would have this fixed. Ended up leaving. I'll try again in 6 months but I would expect the same problem. It's been long waiting times for years.

Waited in drive thru which was packed and had about one car moving per five minutes. Saw someone else enter the dining room popped out of line in the drive thru to order at counter and got told the dining room was closed. If the dining room is closed lock the doors and don't turn away people who enter before you lock up.
