Subway

At checkout, they tried to charge me a dollar more than the menu price. When I pointed out the mistake, the employees did not fix it to give me the advertised price but instead told me I could pay the amount on their checkout machine or leave. This is unashamedly overcharging and deceptive advertising

We were there on May 11 around 11 AM and got excellent service. My daughter is gluten free so asked for a salad and told me she hadn't ordered a salad from Subway for 4 years because the last was so bad, but this one was great. Also, my husband and I had a foot-long roast beef and it's the best Subway sandwich we've had. The man in there that day was courteous, fast, and very helpful. Must have been other servers from the comments I read.

If I could, I would give - stars. The old guy working there is rude and customer service is poor. I recommend to stay away from this place. The patron ahead of me had mediocre english and he asked for receipt, I could clearly understand him but the old guy of Asian origin angrily yelled at him, and said he couldn’t understand what the patron said. Funny thing is he couldn’t speak proper english himself but yelled at the customer. Worst experience ever, I walked out of there without ordering. Please work on your employees and teach them how to behave.

Never go into this Subway on a Wednesday around lunch time. The middle school kids are out and they are all hanging out. I know its not the owners fault they converge on this spot, but it is his responsibility to make sure they are not yelling, skateboarding, cutting in line in his store. On top of the 25 minute wait for a sandwich, they put 6 pieces of ham on my footlong sandwich and the bread was stale. Believe me I love Subway but not this one. My statement where is the meat?
