We had a great experience. Was a celebration meal for my wife and I. The food was amazing, the staff was perfect and the cocktails delicious. We had a hazelnut cookie with bread ice cream for dessert, a must try! (yes, I said bread ice cream) Everything locally sourced.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

So glad I finally decided to try Hundred North! Service was fantastic and the food was great. The decor was nice and I enjoyed the old pictures of Bellingham on the wall. They also make a strong drink. The dinner crowd pick up as the night went along and the bar seemed to be popular too. The beatnik mule was my favorite drink. We ordered the beef kabobs, pot roast, rabbit gnocchi and carrot cake for dessert. Every bite was eaten. Can't wait to go back and see what is on the menu next time.

Loved my dinner and the whole experience here! I was excited to see they had a couple non-dairy vegetarian dishes on the menu. That's often hard to come by, even in Bellingham. I got the Fried Broccoli to start and the Vegan Pumpkin Panisse for my entree, plus a rosemary and cranberry gin and tonic. All were amazing and would totally order again. Our server was super helpful and friendly, and though it was pretty busy and our server was also doubling as the bartender, we never felt neglected.
I had a little of the Pumpkin Panisse leftover and threw that in a tortilla with some scrambled eggs, and it made an amazing burrito.

Hundred North - Home of bottomless morning alchohol, (lol) and pretty darn good food. Let me say this first: Presentation is fantastic. Like, beautiful. The location is pretty too. I got there at ~9:20 on a sunday morning and was first in, because we were reserving a table. Waitstaff is super nice, service is quick, mamosas are good. Be advised, it is definitely not cheap - I spent 60$ +10$ tip.

I haven't had a disappointing meal here. Food is great, quality ingredients made with care. They have a fantastic bar with options I can't find elsewhere. Awesome staff.

Pork chop was awesome! Service was top notch. Salmon and Panzanella salad were first rate. Can't wait to back in Bellingham!

The decor, location and potential are all there. Our $48 bottle of Pinot Noir wine was excellent. The server was attentive early then waned. He tried for the upsell, but alas, the very limited menu selection didn't have any thing that fit our tastes to add on an appetizer or dessert. The 4 of us were looking forward to our special occasion, but had to settle for just our companionship to make it special, save for the common discussion of our disappointment in the food value and price points. The flavor of our food was a 4 out of 5. But it stops there for the 90+ minutes we sat, conversed and ate.
The Salmon pictured left negative plate space and cost $27 for just this! It was wonderfully cooked, and great flavor. But way too high price point for what was delivered and the area demographics. No bread served or offered as we waited. The pork meatball sub tasted great on the in house made bun, but as the only thing on the plate, it was lonely despite the 4 extra large meatballs. The 2 orders of marinated cod looked the best, but the meager portion of fish was overwhelmed by the farm fresh al dente green beans. The server self offered up an additional portion of the "cod" due to its scantiness, but it too was heavy to beans as well.
The menu is printed daily, so there's hope to improve the price and value. Include bread or rolls, a simple salad for the same price and you're improving greatly. Expand the selection a bit and I won't feel so restricted. Otherwise head around the corner and down the block to many other choices like the great food and atmosphere at Goat Mountain that didn't drain my VISA.
Here is the menu posted on their website this week.
