Arby's

I had to update my review and take a start away. This is the cheese steak and the rib sandwich they just gave me. Your specific Arby's is gross and doesn't represent Arby's. Just disgusting, I will never go back to your location on Cornhusker road and will try and send this info to your corporate office.

The manager Paul goes above and beyond for his customers! Everytime I go in he has always been so nice and polite. He has excellent customer service skills and seems to be genuinely a great leader to his team .The restaurant is always clean and the food is great! I will definitely keep returning for the great service and food!

I honestly was not expecting much when I chose to eat here tonight, just semi fresh food, because in past experiences that's about the level you receive here so low expectations but I was feeling lazy tonight. However, every single item I ordered was freezing cold and the fries were stale. Cold fries, cold chicken nuggets, cold mozzarella sticks and cold mac and cheese. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to reheat everything but since it cost me $14 I had to, and they forgot my sauces and ketchup too ffs. Won't be returning again, 3 hours left until close, you should be getting better quality food especially for that price. Also the girl working the drive thru was rude af.
