Really good chocolate shakes and fries, and I like the hamburgers. I have never liked the actual runzas, just not a fan at all (sorry not sorry, Nebraska!) I don't think I have ever been inside the restaurant at this location, but the drive through service is generally friendly and accurate.

The food was hot and amazing, however, the young man working the drive thru needs to spend a little more time in math class. My total was $9.21 and I gave him $20.25. He gave me change of $10.59. I told him he still owed me $0.25. He was confused and said he actually gave me an extra dollar. I politely told him that wasn't correct. This went on for about 2 minutes. Finally a manager came to the window to help him and I was given my correct change, stay in school 😬

Place is quiet and clean. Good food. I only come to Omaha for the airport so it's a must to get an Omaha staple while passing through.

First time this happened but hopefully last. Fries were not cooked all the way. Mountain Dew was out of syrup. But worst of all, Hamburger wasn't cooked all the way. Didn't pay no mind to it until half way eaten. Upset. 10/08/21 at Bellevue location.

Very nice place I like it had the best food ever their French fires chicken fingers are so good I’m so excited I remember coming hear in 2013 since I was a little kid I used to go with grandma when I was 8 years old in 2018 I’m so excited to be hear soon.

The staff pretended we weren’t even there. One of the kitchen staff came out to tell the person at the front counter to help us. She had already looked me dead in the eyes and then proceeded to ignore us. Our food was all served ice cold, except the fries and chili. The music playing in the dining area started out with a hard rock version of Baby Got Back and was followed by It Ain’t Christmas If I Ain’t Drunk. Very family friendly. Worst experience at a Runza ever. Avoid this location until they hire some adults?

I can't remember the last time I gave a FF restaurant 5 stars, it's rare! Me and the wife have been here 6 times in the last 3 months. The fries were always hot, the service was always good, and the employees working the drive through are actually nice. That's why we keep coming back!
