Panera Bread

Ordered the ‘You pick 2’ to go: French onion soup and Asian chicken salad. Now I know prices everywhere have gone up but come on. It was $7 something for half a salad and the box it came in was half full. So I spent $7 on a quarter of a salad. Just fill it with lettuce at least! I also realize that packaging things ‘to-go’ can create obstacles and they put the bread for my soup in another bag. However, they then left out any cheese that, in traditional French onion soup and in their pictures, goes over the bread. So I had…onion soup. (I added my own cheese in the end) I ordered Mac and cheese and cucumber salad for my daughter. No complaints about the Mac and cheese, however the cucumber salad was lacking in any flavor. No spices. I added balsamic vinegar and salt just to make it palatable. So thanks for the $25 meal I helped make edible?

Called the store today because I was experiencing issues with doordash with not being able to add condiments onto the food I ordered the guy who answered the phone the first time was rude as can be about it then I called a second time and asked a snotty female employee for a manager and I was on hold for almost 20 mins with no answer Everytime I call this store or order something from this store there is an issue and I'm tired of it absolutely unprofessional Update finally got my food can't even make a pizza look edible

I stopped in today close to noon. I tried to get a coffee with the unlimited sip club but was denied. Was told that there is no sip club under my phone number. Well, it comes out of my checking account every month and I seldom get to use it. But today I had a chance to go by and get coffee. It was not to be. No one seemed to be interested in helping me fix this issue. So I left and I'm going up the chain to complain.

Ethan did a good 😊 job attending us today I really appreciate his good work and yesterday too I don't recall her name but she was a cute lil red head curly hair girl she was positive and polite we need more people like that in the work environment but overall all the employees look like they are on their A game and ready to do what they have to do and WORK THE FOOD WAS GREAT AS USUAL THANK YOU PANERA 😊💙💕 WILL BE BACK SOON.

Terrible experience, 2 visits in a row. First visit, go through the drive through…ordered a pizza and a sandwich. Sandwich wasn’t in bag when arrived home. Called and they said they would refund…2 weeks later still not refunded. Fast forward to today, ordered a bowl, sandwich and pizza…asked to pull forward to wait. 30 minutes later no food…went inside and food was ready and waiting on the counter. There’s no excuse for this, we purposely went at non-peak hours.

I been going to this location over 3 years now. Employees are fantastic in the morning they always greet and have smiles on there faces. Managers are awful in the mornings talked to a GM manager and she didn’t even care about my situation I had about my food and looked pretty annoyed about my situation. These past 2 months Panera has been awful!
