Culver's

I had a burger with fries and tea , it was a very delicious meal, always love stopping at Culver's when I have a chance, they are alot better than any other fast food establishment! The wonderful employees are genuine here and they love their jobs, everyone always has a wonderful smile upon their faces!

Even if the line is super long, don’t do curbside thinking you’re gonna get your order any quicker. You’ll be waiting probably 20-30 min extra than anyone in line. I’ve been standing here for 25 min waiting for my order and I call inside to figure out what the hold up is and they haven’t even started my order yet. This isn’t the first time I order curbside and have the same issue. If you’re going to offer curbside at least know how to run the operation or don’t offer it at all. Every time I get curbside here I’m stuck waiting 20-30 min when it takes 5 min to make the food. Sick of this place. Watched 10 people go in and out of the restaurant fully eaten while I’m still parked here.

Usually I don't have complaints about my experience at Culver's. However, this time my service was unacceptable. I was pulled up for a banana split and after several cars were served ahead of me, I went inside to speak with the manager. I was told that they were out of bananas. My number was 34 and I witnessed #57 being served 🤔. Furthermore, I looked behind the counter and an employee is holding a banana! Seriously?! She tells the manager, " This is the last banana ".

Used to ADORE this place. Since the pandemic, the food has been substandard at best. Last time, the roast beef was cold and the mashed potatoes were nearly ice. Sent back and got warm, not hot beef, and the potatoes were still cold. The broccoli (which is crazy hard to keep warm) was piping hot! Their custard is awesome.
