Mcdonald's

HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN STILL OPEN???? The should shut down like the rest of the plaza seriously! They might as well not even exist with the horrible service they provide! They ALWAYS close 3 hours before they’re supposed to, today I went to dine in and the door was locked! During open business hours! I watched multiple people attempt as well to go inside. When I called to ask why they just said “the inside closed”. No reasoning why. Not “Covid” “understaffed” but just because that’s how they felt. This has to stop! This is the closest and most convenient place nearby and they just continue to fail me year after year. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Very disappointed. Went thru the drive thru this morning at 6:12a.m. Was told they weren't open yet, would be another20 minutes or so. I asked if they were serious? He apologized and said the other workers were starting to come in. Where is the owner of this franchise? Does he not care how he's representing McDonald's?

Was fouth in line to place order when I arrived, 10 minutes later people began giving up and left (not sure how long they'd been waiting). I made it to the speaker and waited an additional 5 minutes to give my order, 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries. Sat in line 30 minutes on a Sunday, then at 11:44am was told they never put my order in and aren't taking anymore orders. Thought I was being patient, but was just naive.

I will forever be a loyal go get at Mcdonalds.. Mcdonalds has fed all of America's Children in the past fifty plus years. Whether it's Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, Fish sandwich, Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Chicken/Chicken Nuggets, Rib Sandwich, Chicken Burrito, Egg Mcmuffin, Happy Meal, Sausage Mcmuffin, Pancakes, Coffee, Tea, and our favorite "Hi C".. We Luv Us Some "Mcdonalds"... Have I always been Satisfied with Service? No.. But their Minuses I can count... My all time favorite will always be my regular hamburger and Classic "Hi C" those two Combinations are the Bomb in taste..... Thank you every McDonald's for making it Affordable to feed my family even while laid off from my job sometime during the past years.. A regular hamburger, cheesburger, medium fries, Lg drink very affordable... I would like for America to do a "Kind Monday" to those employees... They work hard while short staffed at times.. Just like (we) have Complaints.. So do the employees about some Customers holloring or cursing at them.. They are workers doing what they are hired to do, serve/work.. Sometime we as Customers have not been so kind either... The Pandemic has made finding Workers hard.. Lets have "Kind Monday" to those who serve in that window or inside, and spread it daily...
