Order was fast, hot and good. No issues with the restaurant for this order. In the Bel Air area of 3 McDonald's, this one seems to be the most consistent. We did order anything special, just keep it simple: quarter pounder menu and crispy chicken menu. Was happy the shake machine was working.
I don't rate high, unless great (4) or exceptional (5).

This McDonald's truly stinks! Had to repeat my order 4 times and they still didn''t get it correct. Finally, asked for a refund, which they did. However, when I asked for the manager (Valerie), she took 5 minutes to come to the window, she could care less and I told her that employees didn't care, they were unprofessional, pants were hanging down and you could see underwear, she didn't care. Filed a complaint with Corporate, still haven't heard anything. Don't waste your time, I'm not going there ever again!

Fast, courteous & friendly service. We usually use the drive thru & they normally move quickly. On occasion, there may be a long line, but they keep things going. I would recommend this location.

Not sure what the deal is with this McDonald's but they have went down hill pretty fast. Every single time I show up they always have me pull past the pick up window. 2 mcdoubles is all I ever order and half the time I'm the only car in the drive thru and the order still turns out incorrect. Wait for my food for almost 10 mins everytime. Management really needs to start doing something to fix the problem of long wait times especially when it's only 1 car and not a complicated order.

Had a great experience. My order was made correctly. The hashbrowns were golden brown. And not greasy. The staff was all friendly.

Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes paid got to pick up window asked me to pull into wait spot waited 15 minutes so 45 minutes later I went in asked where my food was and to talk to the manager, asked for a refund, manager asked for my debit card, I said i paid cash, she replied well its not letting me give you cash back. So I waited another 10 minutes to get my food. Needless to say won't be going to this location for a long time.

I was just in and this store has one of the most amazing managers ever , I think his name was Jay and I absolutely will return to this location because of his knowledge about the menu and his help ! Place is very clean !
