Mcdonald's

I ordered my food and went to the second window as instructed. I was sitting there with my cash in my hand. I was sitting here patiently I seen the manager put the food on the table and the lady working the window continues to ignore me after another large amount of time she flings the window open and snatched my money out of my hand not saying a word to me even after I said good morning she slams the window shut and then throws it open and throws my change in my hang I said thank with no reply and a attitude, then she just about throws my food at me. I said thank you and have a good day all I received was attitude. I usually come here for breakfast but I will not anymore. She needs to be trained on how to deal with customers. This happened no 3/31/21 7:00 am. I’m very disappointed in my service. Thank you and have a great day.

Not one to write reviews. Worst service there today. I ordered and paid like usual. I went to the second window to get my food the girl working hands me the wrong drink and when she took it back she threw it at the machine all irritated and then handed me my food. The food order is completely wrong. I handed it back she got all mad about that too then gives me my drink. She returns with my food so I checked the bag again and something was missing so I told her it was missing it and she gave it to me rudely. Honestly, there are some nice workers there but the rest of them have attitudes. If you don't like your job then quit.

Unfortunately the worst fast food experience I've had so far. The wait to get to the order mic was very long, but I tried to keep the benefit of the doubt knowing they're understaffed. After I got the window however, it was unacceptable. After paying, I waited at the window for over five minutes while the cashier inside had a conversation with a coworker. I thought they were waiting on a piece of my order, however after they're chat was finished, she simply grabbed my bag off the counter and handed it to me, meaning it had been ready that whole time. This was unacceptable and frustrating, and that was only made worse when I discovered that my sandwich was practically disassembled in the bag and swimming in gross mess of sauce. I can't believe they'd allow such poor service. I thought having a McDonald's so close to campus would be convenient, but I guess I was wrong.

Terrible service; Diningroom is hardly ever open leaving long drive thru lines and extremely slow servie. Took 20 minutes to get my order. When diningroom was open was sloppy and dirty espeically around trash containers and soda machines. They should just close until they get staffed up and trained accordingly.

It's the worst McDonald's I've been to. They take a long time to take your order and they take longer to give you a simple mc chicken. It takes me like 20 or more minutes. and the worst that the boy was walking like a zombie. It is more than proven that they need Latinos working. American boys are not good for work.!!!

Awful. I know McDonalds is garbage food, but even knowing that this place is terrible. Order a McDouble? You're GUARANTEED to get a single cheeseburger. They have done this time and time again to the point where I have to speculate that they're just doing it purposefully to try and save money. Also the facilities smell AWFUL. I've stood next to week old dumpsters that smell better. It's somewhere between nasty tooth rot breath smell and decaying animal smell. It's horrendous. Go to literally any of the other McDonalds in the area if you don't want to eat disgusting cold food where the owner steals half your food from you just to sneakily try to save money.
