I should have checked their ratings before ordering a cake. The cake was awful. The charter was missing an eye and the message was missing. Had to go back in and have it fixed. The mouth fell off in transport. The frosting looks old and faded. The type of cake and ice cream was wrong as well. If you cannot fulfill this part of your business don't do it.

Order two dozen doughnut (this morning for the first time) through the mobile app for a church social and most of the doughnuts were stale and not edible. I do not recommend this particular Dunkin Doughnuts. Obviously they do not care about providing their customers with fresh goods.

Today was a rough morning for Dunkin Bel Air. I think they are short staffed because it took 9.5 minutes to order at the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me and another 5 minutes to get to the window. I only saw 2 people working and they seemed to be frustrated with each other. This is the 1st time I've had this issue at this location. Normally, even with the car line wrapped around the building, it takes less than 10 minutes.

Amazing….this is attempt #3 to get a MIDNIGHT coffee from this location via the drive thru.
MIDNIGHT (Dark roast) Not happening.
It’s whatever they have at the time to keep the line moving.
$2.75 x 3 and I have YET to get a Midnight coffee. Ordered for a reason and just want to get what I ordered . That’s all.

The service has always been good, but I’ve consistently found the bakery items here, to be not fresh.

This place is horrible. They don’t speak English and it too 5 minutes for him to understand what I was ordering I had to point to it on the menu board. It then took almost another 5 minutes to make the coffee. Then it was over $300 for this tiny cup.

It is a Dunkin' Donuts. Corporate standards were met. It is not too far off the highway and easy to find. If you're driving to and from Bel Air scent stop if you need a Dunkin fix. It does have a drive thru.

Not sure what was going on this morning at Dunkin Donuts behind Bob Evans restaurant. But the lady that took my order charged me for the wrong coffees and the food order was wrong also. Not going to this location again.
