Sad that there's no machines to order on, but at least the staff are really on it, even if that's sometimes at the expense of hot food - one of the better KFCs

As I walked in, I was pleased to see the cleanliness of the restaurant and was greeted with a warm welcome by the front counter staff. I placed my order, which was quick and efficient and shortly after received my food. I ordered a 3 piece meal. The pieces of chicken had a crispy skin yet very succulent. With every bite I took, the more I enjoyed eating here. I would recommend this place for any people looking for a place to eat.

Under £5 for a gravy box I was served a very large meal with gravy to boot. You can eat hard parts of the chicken also. Highly delightful, I got my cigarettes from next door and energy drink parking space around the back which I've only just noticed. Very happy with my experience and I am now full.

The best kfc in Nottingham they provide the best costmer service it's clean fast and food is always fresh I ordered few times for home delivery by uber eats I would really want to praise one particular driver his name is Jan he drives a gold Mercedes e class he's always on time or early he delivers the food piping hot this man is always looking clean and he's very polite and kind and the food is always well packed when he brings it. Not like other drivers that just drop off the food with dirty hands 😤 and the food is all messed-up. I always leave a £10 tip for jan my favourite uber driver when you happen to to get your food delivered by this gentleman tip him if you can

I had a uber eats. And they forgot to put my chicken in (was a big order) so I rang the branch they taken my name address etc and like normal I Fort nothing will happen. Then next minute there's a knock on my door staff taken it on there self to bring me the chicken. To me that's 100% Customer satisfaction. Thank you so much. Much respect 🙏 you two staff are a credit to kfc.
