Potbelly

Stopped by the first time to give it a shot. Everything on the menu sounds good. I ordered a Mediterranean it was lacking any kind of flavor and the middle was cold... The set up is very confusing …. And why the hell are the counters ridiculously tall!? The employees were nice and I have no complaints about the staff or the building or anything. It was clean and everyone was friendly enough. I just don’t think I’d come back based on my experience.. and they also don’t have gluten free bread so I wouldn’t even be able to bring any of my friends. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Pretty disappointed when I spend $40 on Uber eats and my sandwich has chicken salad on 1/3 of it. Paying $10+ for a sandwich, I’d expect to at least get half of what I ordered correct. It was more like a veggie sandwich with a hint of chicken salad. Food is good, so it’s a bummer I didn’t get what I paid for.

Another great quality sub/sandwich shop. Tried the new prime rib sandwich. The prime rib was tender and had a great meaty flavor. The bread was nicely toasted and soft on the inside. First time trying the Mac & cheese and it was amazing. The 3 cheese blend was rich and creamy, so flavorful. I added bacon and the bacon was perfectly meaty and cooked perfectly. Had to get the limited time apple cider donut sundae and boy was it filling. The donut was warm dense and moist with a great apple cinnamon flavor. The vanilla ice cream on top was great quality as well. 4.9🌟

First time visiting a potbelly and was not impress with the manger. He was very rude and I asked for some thing to be placed on my sandwich and he told me that should’ve been ordered first. If I have been to a potbelly before I would’ve known for sure. But, never be to this place ever the guy was completely rude and a jerk and I asked one of the workers if he was the manager and she said yes. He needs to go back to customer service school. We also witnessed him being rude to his employees. We will never come back to this place.
