Im not a big fan of kfc so after 2 years i had it and to be honest the staff were so polite and very helpful considering i took about 10 minutes to place an order. But to top it off the food was amazing

I ordered myself the 10 hot wings meal and the hot wings were tender and so easy to bite in to. I’ve been to a lot of KFCs to place the exact order but Everytime I come to beaconsfield service station they never seem to disappoint

Ok, stop here on a regular basis, and always good food. Because it is so popular it can be slower at normal peak periods. However this brings about food made to order and always just cooked. Always well presented for fast food. Remember to be nice to the staff and respect them, they will always help if you have an issue

Haven't been to this motorway services in a few years,, it's very similar to the Cobham services on the M3. They have at least 6 different for places - Mexican, Gregg's, Mac's, KFC, Nandos, Pizza Express, plus some Indian place and other bits. I used the KFC app. The burger and fries were fine, but the hot wings were awful. There's a hotel on site as well as a drive-thru Starbucks.

KFC going head to head with a McDonalds next door so has to up their game a bit. Touch screen ordering now in place and make sure you use their app to get reward stamps and offers. Scan the barcode on the app with the touchscreen panel reader before ordering. Their behind counter isn’t as organised as McDonalds so expect a longer wait.

Lunch box meal same price as in the high street 😊 Staff very polite and friendly, one in particular with long name I can't spell, deserves a commendation for customer service.
Despite the long ques, the staff got us served surprisingly quickly.
