I love this place and concept. First time eating here, however I feel a bit slighted because I thought I told the young lady that I was eating it at the place but she put it in a to go container and it's not as big as the container that they serve your salad in. Other than that my salad was really good.

Food is good... But the pricing is getting out of control. My wife and daughter went for lunch and each chose a small salad with chicken, a drink and a $1.25 cookie. The total with tax was $53!!! For salad!!!! Take away the $3.75 for the cookies and you are still at almost $50! This is getting ridiculous.... They are just begging you to go to HEB and build the salad yourself.

I've been to this place many times. The food is great, and the customer service is excellent. One day, there was a misunderstanding for ingredients included in my wife and I salads. The staff members allowed us to keep our originals and fixed two new ones for both of us without any hesitation. They were super polite and apologetic. I am a regular customer now. It's all because of their service and the quality of the product.

Typical big city style made to order salads. You can choose wraps, small or larger bowls. You’ll pay the basic amount for the greens and veggies. You pay extra $3-5 for your choice of protein. There is soup you can add and then you have your choice of croutons, baked pita chips, croissants, etc. There are free refills of juices/teas/carbonated drinks on the wall. It’s all meant to be aesthetically pleasing, but there is something a bit off… the employees don’t seem to know the world of Salad - the correct proportion of salad dressing to salad greens, and typical pairings. I’ve been here 3 times now, and I’m met by confusion or blank stares when I order and then I just end of pointing and there is always too much dressing and I have to watch vigilantly and say stop. Even my native Texan co-worker who loves “smothered” everything said, “yup, they don’t eat salad themselves and there’s way too much dressing.” And yes, it’s a bit pricey. $13-15 for salad. I’ve lived in SF, Chicago, Philly, NYC, Seoul, and this is nothing special, but for Baytown on Garth, a salad place like this is a hidden gem. There are about 5-6 booths, and about 10 tables and outdoor seating. It’s nice. And there is plenty of parking.

This is the best salad bar I have ever been to. The options are limitless and everything is fresh. I love the fresh jalapeños, multigrain croissant that comes with the salad and my favorite meat/protein is the seafood melody which is a combination of lobster, shrimp and salmon. Place is clean and staff very polite
