What an experience. The staff, the food, the everything. This place is amazing. It is one of the best places for that must try dining experience. Its welcoming vibe and character is simply charming. Tapas service was perfect. The chefs make unbelievably good dishes. Flavour, presentation, and the service are something you'd experience at a Michelin Star 🌟 location. Once you try it, you'll be back for more. Thanks for a brilliant evening. 😉

My wife treated me to brunch before work, what an experience. Lovely friendly greeting on entering, very relaxed atmosphere. Menus and drinks offered, orders taken, all so efficient and enthusiastic. The food was amazing, so fresh and tasty, and also far removed from the normal offerings elsewhere. I think this team are onto a winner or I hope so, will definitely be back for brunch again and to try the evening menu. Well done guys, five stars all round Was lucky enough to revisit Vim and Vigour for their evening menu, WOW, just WOW. What a meal, and what a great experience. Again the team are right on the ball with everything they do, from entering, to drinks, to service. Top marks all around. The food has to be some of the best I've tasted in a long time. Very inventive menu, beautifully presented, and the flavours were amazing. Thank you to everyone for a great evening.

4th visit here. Brunch menu for the first time. It was delicious. The tapas menu at night is superb and this is just what’s needed when you want brunch. Sweet and savour selection. Service lovely. The setting itself is comfy and ambient ! Have booked again for dinner to try new season tapas already! Love it 😍

Absolutely t-r-e-m-e-n-d-o-u-s. Food was superb and the environment is relaxed & cosy. Take your time with your food and the dishes just keep coming. Service was fantastic, too. Staff very friendly and explain how the food service works, then explain the dishes to you as they arrive. We spent 2 hours in there enjoying ourselves and even then were the first to leave! Can't wait to go back!

My partner and I went here with a gift voucher we received for Christmas. I'd heard great things from multiple family members about the food. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful too. So much flavour and odd combinations that just worked. It works a little different to normal restaurants due to its small size. The staff come and get a drink order when you arrive and then once all tables are in for the sitting they will come and take your order. The chef prepares everything on the menu and the food is brought out as it's ready for those who order it. I have to say the chef and kitchen staff were on the ball as I don't recall waiting long between any dishes even if there were others in between for other tables. Would highly recommend trying this place out if you are local or looking for a great dining experience. I can see why it's hard to get booked in. Absolutely delicious. I forgot to take more pictures but I've attached one of the lamb and one of the scallops.
