Definitely the place to go carb load on some sturdy pa dutch clássics like pork schnitzel,cabbage and pierogies. I wouldn't step on a scale for a week after that but who cares.. Great stuff to get stuffed on. Great family owned place that's totally unpretentious

Pork & Sauerkraut dinner was very good. The pork was fork tender the mashed potatoes were perfect. But the sauerkraut tasted like it had been rinsed, so all those good probiotics from the fermented cabbage were gone.

Food was ok. Watch the rolls. Make sure they aren't moldy. The waitress graciously took it away and replaced it, but, as you know the damage was already done. The hostess never asked if everything was aright. Don't think we'll be going back there again. They need to put some money into the restaurant and spruce it up and replace all the water damaged ceiling tiles. Oh, and don't use the bathroom if you don't have to. The men's room is fithy with excrement dried on the toilet seat and NO I repeat NO toilet paper!! So that gives the owners some things to work on if they really value their customers evaluations.

We ordered food as a family for delivery and I guess they were out of what my mother ordered and instead of calling and asking if we’d like something else (which other places that actually care have done) they were just like “oh that sucks that we were out of it guess you’re not eating today” absolutely terrible and the worst thing any restaurant has done. How could you ?

Sometimes their food can get a little heavy on salt and seasoning, but they give a good portion for a good price. We're glad they survived covid.
