Edit: as I see the owner has responded to this review. Customer safety, okay, makes total sense why you’d want people pulled close together, but absolutely no reason to talk to paying customers (I didn’t know them, simply saw the interaction) the way this “man” chose to. Nobody was ordering anything that was not written on the menus posted. My dad was simply asking for a different flavor of ice cream, not a topping, when the ogre of an owner cut him off, YELLED & waddled away. Opinion hasn’t changed, horribly run business that doesn’t care about their sloppy property or customers. My family has been coming here for years, we decided to come around 6:30pm on Fathers Day. We waited close to half an hour in the drive thru line, no complaints about that though, it was busy we get it. We finally get to the front of the line to order & the owner came out to our vehicle to take our order. We looked at the menus posted near the drive thru as we obviously were in line for a while. He greeted us friendly at first, said wow haven’t seen you guys in a while, wished my dad a happy Father’s Day, then proceeded to take my moms order, then my dads order, after my dad ordered something that was ON THE MENU the owner YELLED at him & said “you’ve been cheating on me & going somewhere else we don’t have that, leave!” There was a car in front of us paying for their ice cream (he also scolded the people in this vehicle that their car wasn’t pulled up far enough), so we drive up towards the window to exit the line & he slammed the window down before we could say anything. Horrible horrible customer service, will absolutely never be going back again.

Everyone BEWARE of this place. We have been going here for years until tonight. Never again will I give this “business” my money. The owner is crazy and his mother is no better. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru because the inside was closed the owner (Joey) comes up to our car to take our order, wishes my husband a happy Father’s Day , he’s friendly and he remembers us as his customers. He then takes two of our orders and as my husband was saying the flavor of ice cream that he wanted on his cone, he proceeds to tell us you’re cheating on me and you can leave. My husband asked for an ice cream flavor that was on THEIR menu. We then pull up to the window to see if the mother has anything to say about this and he gets in front of her and slams the window shut. So apparently if you’ve ate ice cream anywhere else at any time in your life other than here you’re a cheater. This guy is just crazy. I would not support that business or his mothers business, Parise’s towing in Batavia. This is a business that no one should support!!! Take your business elsewhere, ANYWHERE else!!!
