Excellent Service! Clean! Good food! They nailed my special request pizza at 920 PM when they close at 10 PM. They did not rush us were polite, and even gave my son a free pizza before we left.

Very clean inside. Everyone was friendly. Pizza was a little oily for me but kids loved it. Adult shows news on in the front and kids shows in the back by the little arcade. Kids really enjoyed themselves.

Ignore the negative reviews some people will find something to complain about anywhere they go. Is the place busy, Yes. The staff is new an working as fast as they can. Be patient. it is a cheap all you can eat place, what I noticed the most is a lot of families bring their children out to eat. Because it is affordable , there is also a little game room for the kiddos for some after dinner fun. Yes, they have ran out of something on the buffet just wait 5 minutes it will be there. I was there on a day where they had just had a 50 pizza order and a full restaurant , let me say this again the machinery they have can only go and facilitate so much at one time. It isn't their fault due to popularity. Blame corp for not foreseeing the area to be as popular as it is , not the local owner operator they are knocking business out of the park they are working as fast and a hard as humanly possible. My first few experiences with this Cicis were not good. I ordered a pizza to be ready at a certain time. When I got there at that time they had not even started it. They said it would take 30 mins. They could have offered a pizza that was ready for the buffet but did not. Another time my family went after church. It was 15 mins or so after they were supposed to open and they were not open. The manager came out and was not apologetic about it, he was actually rude to the people waiting outside so we left.
That being said, it is fairly clean and the food is decent. I had to pick up a large number of pizzas for a youth event the other day. They were not ready on time, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even carried the pizzas to the car for us and gave us drinks while waiting. Service has definitely improved.

I used to work here, I feel like we had done a great job making quality pizza but I have to say in the past few months theses guys have just hit it out of the park. I ordered pizza today, and it's the best I think I have ever have. Keep up the great work guys!!

Greg runs a wonderful restaurant! The employees are always super nice and very presentable. You can tell the owners put their blood, sweat and tears into their business! You'll have a customer for life from our family! Keep up the great work guys!

Fast service. Decent price for the amount of food we got. Dipping sauce was however cold. Could have been warm. However otherwise pizza was amazing and so were the cheesy breadsticks. Portions are bigger than you think so be sure to be ready for a lot of food.

Amazing customer service and the food is really good. One of the pizzas at the buffet wasn’t ready yet and the manager assured us it would be out really soon, and it was. He takes the time to greet every customer, even if he’s really busy, and the place was really clean. Probably one of the best locations I’ve been to!
