Subway

One of the employees was so rude to my nephew. We stopped to purchase a cold cut combo, and the employee wouldn't talk to him or ask what he wanted or offer any prompts as he went through the steps of the order. My nephew said prior to walking in, it sounded like the manager and this employee were having a disagreement. That does not give the employee the right to act disrespectfully to customers who are being cordial to them.

Whoever the lady was making our sandwiches (red hair, neck tattoo that possibly said"drunk") was extremely rude constantly rushing. The co-worker (think his name started with a J) was extremely helpful didn't rush my 4 yr old who just wanted a pepperoni pizza (my son said he "loved his pizza it's just hawt) Better off going to the subway near buc-ee's

Horrible service, bad management, unclean. Every time I order food here for pickup they're out of almost A LOT of what is to offer, and when I arrive they forget some toppings or to let me know the cookies I ordered were gone instead of letting me know over the phone. Additionally, today (03/28/2021 I experienced the same thing as usual, but this time the guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask OR gloves while preparing people's food. We're in a pandemic, and even if he had his shots CDC recommends to still use masks. To note, even IF we were not even in a pandemic, FDA food regulations require protective wear (AKA gloves) to be used when handling or preparing food for consumption in a business. The fact he was taking money, handling food, and touching surfaces without wearing gloves is unsanitary. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, but it was cold and comprised of mostly if not all ranch. There was nothing buffalo sauce related about it. Just regular chopped chicken thrown between bread and smothered in ranch. There were toppings I requested that were missing. I would have asked for a refund, but this store manager refuses to do refunds with online payments from my previous experience I had fall of last year and had to argue to get my money back. Place also looks grungy, and seems they don't clean the lobby a lot from the leftovers stains from people eating previously or the floor having bits of food laying around. After today, I can't justify ever spending money here. The subway down by Buckee's may be owned by the same person, but at least it has better service.

Always terrible service. We keep trying this Subway again and again thinking it will improve, it doesn't. All those high school kids that do nothing in class have been hired here and "work" without adult supervision. Ordered a salad and wasn't informed they had no forks - had to eat with a spoon. Come on Subway, aren't you better than this? Also spend at least 20 minutes just getting my order done.

Omg...I Was craving a salad so I came to Subway to get one. When I first got here there was one person working alone so I waited patiently for my turn. While I was waiting 2 more staff members walked in to help. Well as the girl was making my salad she said she didn't have lids for the bowls so she would have to put it in something else. I was ok with that because I knew they were short staffed. Well she started just putting everything in the bowl without even chopping it up so I asked her if she could just tear it into pieces, which she did. Well after all that was over she told me she was out of lettuce and if I could use spinach instead...no thank you! I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

I have ordered online from this subway twice already. This second time they are telling me that my order is at a different location which makes no sense because the address of confirmation is the same of this location. Who do I contact for this? This is ridiculous. This is the only Subway I have every had issues with.
