Wingstop

The lade with the leg wrap was very rude talking very ugly to customers makeing them wait on her while she was talk ugly about another employee the employee that she was talking down to actually helped us while she was busy talking down on him the place was very very dirty and Nasty we had to wait a long time for our food and she never gave us our recipe at the time we cam in thier not a lot of people and they seemed fully staff, I will never go to this wingstop ever again the manger is doing a poor job and like I said before I have never been so Disgusted at a restaurant before

Don't come here, I order just wing and I got charged for a family pack, even if I paid for a family they didn't gave me the fries even if they were in the total amount and they had me waiting for another 30 minutes 👎👎....BTW, I asked for well done and guess what? Yeah, not well done 👎👎and only carrots but apparently celery and carrots are the same for them 👎👎.... I used to work in a fast food restaurant and I know how busy it can get, but at least make them orders right, I can deal with the waiting time but when my order is all wrong.... well there's not much to say

Well, When we Made the Choice to go. We Already Knew Wingstop Is Notorious for being Slow. normally 25 mins or more. So we had time, ordered and They had No sweet tea. Said they would make it real quick. we walked to Table, All the Tables were dirty. I grabbed paper towels from counter and Wiped a table off for us. the Floor was Disgusting, as you see with only 1 pic, could of aimed anywhere and saw the same. went to restroom, didn't even pull my phone out for fear of contamination. Wow, and No Paper towels. wiped my hands on my shirt, 40 mins later got the wings, STILL NO SWEET TEA. So We switched to Sprite. wings were wrong. Flavor. Did not request to replace, it was long enough already. Cold wings, semi warm fries. Glad I'm not from thus town. I will Never Return to that store again. You could see the Leadership "management " Was the Cause. She couldn't give less care. she's the one who took the order and said she would make sweet tea. with her Knee in a brace. just could tell she does not care. Hope this changes for that owner.

These guys are rude to not answer the phone and are completely unprofessional they'll purposely leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to take orders over the phone multiple times we've tried to talk to a manager and they purposely make it difficult to get somebody that can correct the issue really wish this place would close down or reinvent their employees

The wings i got were pretty good slightly undercooked so i didn't finish. I chose to put 2🌟 because for some reason the bastrop Texas location opened up @1045. I thought that was very weird! Furthermore when i FINALLY got in and sat down after i ordered my food. I looked around and the tables were filthy. Obviously they'd just opened so its no reason for the tables to have been dirty. The lemon and limes were just sitting on the counter on top of syran wrap that had ice underneath it with a side of FLIES!!!

The worst service one could get when you want to place an order over the phone I would discourage anyone from going here they are repetitively terrible at customer service and getting the order correct I've been here four times and I've had the same problems every time really wish there was a corporate manager that was easily contactable to help straighten them out
