Chili's

Went in for dinner on a Saturday, no wait time! Went straight to sit my whole family down. Waiters have been attentive, people giving out the food are quick, they gave out the drinks while waitress was still taking our order…talk about quick! Definitely going back especially when there’s good customer service. Everyone has a smile which makes it a lot better. Oh yeah…food was good love there ribs!

Good atmosphere, good food, amazing service, food was a bit slow. Have been to this Chili's a few times and the wait staff are always top tier. Food is classic chili's, pretty good, and at just the right price point. The food is not fine dining, and it is a louder happier vibe, so don't come in expecting anything else. Always a good time if you are in the mood.

The place in all was fine. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The building is pretty dark on one side near the bar, but the dinning room is well lit. It was very humid, so they could work on temperature control. When I received my meal, I was pleased with the the taste of the steak. The asparagus was not cooked, maybe blanched. It was very crunchy and lacked flavor. They dusted it with salt, but it would be better cooked longer. The shrimp I got was not cooked all the way. I was able to eat most of the pieces, but one was still dark and I was too afraid to consume it. I mentioned it to the waitress and she was very kind. They have really good $5 monthly Margaritas. I highly suggest them.

Went here with my friends and we called 30 minutes before and they told us our table will be ready. We get there at the time they told us to and they tell us we have to wait another 30 minutes, okay cool. What’s not cool is we get a text and come right across the highway and they tell us they gave our table away because we “took too long” when we timed everything and took 7 minutes MAX. this is absolutely freaking ridiculous. I’ve never had any problems with this location ever but it’s not okay AT ALL

I usually LOVE chilis but it has gone to trash. The male manager is extremely RUDE! I ordered a steak medium ( which I regularly get and love ) I had to send back my steak twice for being over cooked. The second time the manager proceeded to say it was my fault for ordering it wrong and was extremely rude. I ate the broccoli and didn’t touch the steak at all. They still charged me full price for everything. The waitress forgot our drinks and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing or she was new. Also this all happened after I was waiting for my food for so long that the entire rest of the table finished their food and ordered dessert. Probably the worst service ever. At the end they did even take off the steak that I never ate. Service was a complete joke.

My family and I are regulars at this local Chili's. We normally do to go orders so my review/ rating will be of both dine in and to go. (TO GO) We really love the convenience of being able to do mobile orders, and normally our food comes out quick with no issues or hiccups. Occasionally we are waiting for our orders way too long(10-15 minutes past scheduled time). We've also had some really thrown together meals, or unfresh food doing to go. Be sure to check your food before you leave! My biggest complaint however would be the inconsistency of how my orders are plated! It seems that it depends on the time of day, staff member or maybe the weather, but I don't get the same quality or level of care even if its the exact same meal. Our dine in experience is a lot better. On our most recent visit we were told there was a 20 minute wait, no problem. However as we sat for 30 minutes waiting, we saw people who had come after us(we watched them park while we were waiting) be seated before us. We ordered a smokehouse combo and the burger bites kid's meal for our little one. The food was delicious and fresh, my only complaint is that it wasn't hot when it came to us. The corn on the cob that came out on our plate was very burnt. We politely asked for another one, and the manager himself came and brought the replacement. He is a very nice guy. Our waitress was very nice and attentive as well. Her positive attitude definitely set the tone for a nice time. I do recommend this establishment. My 4 star rating is based on my family being regulars and not a 1 time experience.

I don't understand why this place is always packed. Does this tiny Texas town really see that little in the way of chain restaurants? Service is always subpar, and the food is what you'd expect from a chain. I've been to Chili's in other places that are way better. Even in this town there are better food options. This place sounds like a good idea until you get there.
