KFC at the malls Basingstoke is a good outlet for a quick bite , u can order through the touch screen counters for take aways as well as dine in, it's fast and good , I felt the staff to be a bit cold towards customers , food is tasty and people will surely like it .😊👍

The service is fast but they always make the mini fillet burger with either little to no sauce (my favourite) of a fillet that doesn't fit the burger bun. The wraps are great though.

Great quality food once again and fast service every time. I also use the drive through at the other KFC at the leisure park and have never had any issues with my orders. Even during the lock downs, the staff have provided great service.

Food is as always tasty. Efficient staff. Much better now that there is a self service order system in the queue line. They do let themselves down in the toilet area, never any soap in the dispensers, and I don't like that the toilets are unisex, but that's my personal preference

Great place! Convenient location makes this a great place for some Kentucky fried goodness.
I ordered the 6 piece bucket plus some hot wings. The hot wings were apparently in demand as there was a considerable wait time on them. In total I'd say I, along with 3-4 others, we're left waiting for around 10-12 minutes. The guy running the front made it a point to constantly check on the progress and update us and was sure to include an apology each time. When they were done and handed to us he informed us that they threw in a couple extra wings in each order to make up for the wait.
When I finally got them back to my hotel to eat them they were every bit as good as I remember from the States, worth every second of the wait.
