Dunkin'

The rudest.... 6:37 am on our way to work. We pulled up to the drive up and 2 minutes waiting no one talk to us, wondering if they are closed we drive around and see 2 cars infront of us. Come to the window and an older guy glases white hair says: why didn't you wait there you CANNOT ORDER HERE blablah ...we left. Like really

Fool me twice, shame on me. I've learned my lesson. Go to another Dunkin if I want my order to be correct. The "manager"(he's more than a normal employee) that works on Sunday mornings should manage from his house. His attitude is mediocre at best and his listening skills are almost nonexistent(probably not the best person to have taking drive thru orders). He will give you attitude if you tell him the order is incorrect. This happened once and I let it slide, it has now happened again so something needs to be said. I posted a picture of the iced coffee I ordered. If you've ever ordered from Dunkin before, you know that is not an iced coffee. I didn't bother to say anything this time because I didn't feel like getting yelled at for someone else's mistake, again.
