Starbucks

They charge more than other Starbucks for the same thing. I didn’t know prices varied between stores?!. Then also try to charge for things no one else does, such getting a black coffee with cream vs getting it black. Stop hiring people that don’t understand coffee. Even if they try and look the part of barista by coloring their hair and piercing their face.

*Update! Ran in there today and they Rocked it! I told the barista that this was the quickest I have EVER got through their drive thru and to tell the crew I was Very impressed. Hopefully they can keep that momentum! Their Drinks were perfect and the speed for handcrafted drinks was record! Their drinks are usually right... it's just the time factor. If you're in a hurry I don't recommend this particular Starbucks. I mobile ordered and the app said it should be ready by 2:08... didn't get it until well after 2:30. I always expect a few extra minutes at Starbucks especially when you mobile order but that was definitely a bit much and unfortunately this was far from the first time at this Starbucks. I HATE writing a review like this and if you're just leisurely out and about it's Fine, but I literally almost walked out and left my 10.00 worth of drinks because timing was a big deal that day and I'm hoping to save someone the stress of dealing with the same thing. 😩
