Big Pho

Service was fast. They almost had a full house and still hustled to clean off a table and had us seated within seconds. Waited 10 minutes tops for food, and it was phenomenal. The deep fried Vietnamese spring rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had. The grilled pork on vermicelli (#402 on the menu if I remember right) was really tasty. And the Thai style noodles with chicken blew away all expectations. Also, their mango smoothie was just perfect for the hot day. Great experience!

We were visiting friends in Barrie and returning home to Toronto and wanted to stop by somewhere to have pho. I am so glad we tried this place. It’s going to be my go-to place when we come to Barrie. Pho was really good, not salty like most places and the spring roll was very crispy and yummy. For the last the price was more than reasonable for the quality.

One of my fav spots for Pho in Simcoe county! We visited their new location and loved it! Beautiful, clean and awesome service. Prices are fair and Pho tastes delish & authentic. We ordered a mango smoothie to share in addition to our food and the server was kind enough to split it into two glasses for us (and topped it off with a little extra 🧡) Will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

The Vietnamese spring rolls were extremely well done, perfect crunch and flavor! The pho I ordered was the biggest size, which ended up being a lot of food. Especially since I ordered extra meat with it. I couldn't finish it all without feeling too full. Overall the flavor was great though. Definitely one of the better pho places in Barrie by far.

Don't listen to the negative reviews. This is by far the most authentic Pho restaurant in Barrie! The owners are not Vietnamese and that's why I think there are negative reviews. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The Pho was delicious, the broth was so tasty that my mom drank every drop. The meat and veggies are fresh and the noodles are perfectly cooked. We ordered the shrimp tempura and it was very good and crispy. The pork chop rice is excellent as well. Be sure to order a milkshake because they make it to order with fresh fruit. The menu not only has Vietnamese cuisine, but also Chinese, Thai, and Japanese as well! I will return for sure to try everything!

I really enjoyed Big Pho! 🍜 the staff were very quick & attentive, & the food was served so quickly! I ordered the Rare Beef Pho (a favourite of mine) & the Vietnamese Spring Rolls. The beef wasn’t very rare when it was served, but it tasted delicious! 👌The spring rolls were particularly unique! I really enjoyed the batter/wrap they were deep fried in & the value for the price was surprising. Id be interested to try some of their other options, as the menu is quite vast. I would certainly return & recommend a visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
