Portion size to cost ratio was excellent. For a party of four we spent less than £40 and all of us were completely stuffed. Food also tasted excellently. We all enjoyed the rustic atmosphere and music. The ordering process was a little convoluted, but the lovely staff and excellent food more than made up for it.

Absolutely gorgeous food, all home cooked, massive portions and a bargain price. My platter was huge and my wife's sloppy Joe's burger was very large too. Non of the usual chain bought in ready cooked, frozen food here, you can tell instantly by the look and taste of everything it's all homemade and cost wise not much more than a chain restaurant either, so it's a no brainer to eat here rather than one of the pub chains. My huge platter, my wife's sloppy Joe's burger, chips and homemade coleslaw plus 3 cans of diet coke at a very reasonable £1.20 each came to less than £35 The staff were very friendly and efficient too. We'll certainly be going back. Thanks for a lovely meal. I'd eaten half of one of the sliders before I took the photo, sorry about that. 😁
