Pizza Hut

I ordered my food at 6:00pm. Online it stated 15 minutes carryout. I attempted to order delivery but it seems they do not deliver to my address. I arrived at the Banning location at 6:30pm. Waited another 10 minutes before receiving my order. No big deal. The problem I have is to drive to a location for your food, drive home to find out you were given the wrong thing... I ordered a 12 piece traditional wings and when I get home I have boneless wings. So sad. My fault for trusting the employees to get my order right.

I would never order from Pizza Hut again I ordered my pizza at 5:45 they said it would be delivered by 602 and they did not show up until after seven. When I called and talk to the manager he was in sympathetic all he said was I can give you store credit. No right establishment would say all I can do is give you store credit.

Orders are always late. When you try calling the store they won’t answer. An when they do answer they can never give you a ETA on your order. They make every excuse in the book not to help you with your order. So tonight I am getting cold pizza / cold wings and a hot soda. My Order confirmed out for delivery at 545pm and I still haven’t received it.

AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 15 YEARS AT Pizza HUT WE WERE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LAST PIZZA FROM THIS BANNING LOCATION. THE PIZZA WAS UNEATABLE THAT WE HAD TO THROW IT AWAY. PROBABLY DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT WAS A FREE REWARDS PIZZA THAT I EARNED FOR BEING A GOOD CUSTOMER. IF THIS IS THE WAY YOU REWARD A GOOD CUSTOMER THEN WE WILL BE BUYING OUR PIZZA FROM NOW ON FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. AFTER YEARS OF BUYING PIZZA WE HAVE NEVER BEEN SERVED A STALE OLD PIZZA.

I ordered twice from Banning Pizza Hut. Both times they forgot to give us our Buffalo wings. The worst part is their store phone is out of order. My daughter went right back the first time and picked up our wings. But this order nobody wanted to drive back and get them. It was a waste of money and had upset kids.

We ordered a pizza special over the phone and I asked if there was a discount for Veterans. And the response was, "Yes, there's a discount for Veterans." So, we went to pick up the pizza and discovered they don't give discounts for Veterans, which was very disappointing. So much for communication and honesty. In essence, we won't be going back ever again.
