This day in particular wasn't the greatest for fast food in my experience overall. Five guys over cooking their fries, Arby's with cheese-less Mozzarella sticks, and here we are at KFC. The chicken was on par with previous experience. My only gripe was that the mashed potatoes were watery. It was about 8pm or so in the city so, close to closing. Not as good as it could have been but that's just this day in particular.

The location and parking were key on this trip- running errons. Yes, the food and service were fine as it usually is.

The Manager Pat and Assistant Manager James are wonderful and run a great crew. The food is always fixed timely and is delicious everytime!

They for sure need to be updated, but the employees I never had any problem with, they're very polite, quick & actally understanding esp with me having babies. I go here frequently. Only thing seems they're more frustrated with lack of help & employees like most but im a very understanding person..

5 stars for Lawrence alone. I came through the drive through, and ordered 24 hot wings. He was so sweet and went to check and see if they had enough. He even came back to inform us he was still counting. They didnt have enough wings, and offered another piece as replacement. The food came out quickly, and was hot and fresh. 5 stars for the food and service.

This was not go slow slow the person taking the money at the window fixed my food took money handled cards fixed my food put it in the box touched my biscuit without changing her gloves.
I didn't eat the food and said nothing because that looks to be what they do. Didn't blink cause they don't know any better no wonder people are Sick...

They simply get better with time, but they just need more consistency with the corn bread and biscuits. Sometimes they are nice and fresh, warm and soft and other times they are too hard to bite. Most of the times wedges are hot, other times cold or barely warm. But more often then not, they seem to be getting right lately. I hope they continue!

The manager Aaron is so sweet!! Always make sure the order is right and the food is hot. If the order isn't right, he has no problem fixing it. Actually he ia the only reason why I go to this location.
