This location is on a very busy street right across from a high school. Between 8-9 am forget about it and find another location. It's overrun by kids. I mean it is packed tight. You will be late to wherever you are going. Outside of those hours you are in and out. The lobby isn't an area where you would want to sit and enjoy coffee. Plan on grabbing and leaving. The staff is super friendly and they work hard. Location Location Location.

We had a track meet at the high school next door today, so I visited this Dunkin 5 times. Ms. Teresa was welcoming and helpful each time, even though I know she was worn out. Thanks so much for helping make an extremely long day bearable!

Love this location! The 2 managers are the best. And they put a good amount of cream cheese on the bagels, unlike the location on Maryland Ave and 21st street.

Not the most comfortable place, but acceptable. The service was friendly, of a little hard to understand at times. Good was good. Nothing exceptional, but what you'd expect at a Dunkin'.
I stopped in for the convenience and the coffee. Coffee was HOT. Not as good as when I make it at home, but acceptable.

I love getting my Iced coffee from here, I go get anytime that I pick up kid at school.

I've visited many times on my way to work. Employees are courteous and friendly and get familiar with their regulars. Sad that the ice cream portion is gone. Love their coffee😋

Exactly what you would expect - fresh and consistent. The donuts are always amazing, as are the iced teas and coffees. A great neighborhood shop.

Stop in almost every morning. The ladies are always nice. Know what I get and is nice to see a smiling face even with a mask on.

I use the app to order and everything is always ready when I get there. Worker so as see friendly if not overwhelmed by the amount of customers that go through that location

Great service. They are very fast in rush hour morning and always have my to go order ready so I don't even wait in line. They do a great job on their cold brew too, not bitter.
