I go maybe once a week for almost a year now and know matter the time or even if its a very cold or hot day, the staff ALWAYS has been professional, the location is in a nice safe, clean (canton) area and even when busy, the wait is not long, but the staff is a cool reminder that the very biased tv/media industries. constantly fail to mention, and that is that whether your a proud Asian, Latino, White, Arab, Black, Native American WE rarely get the credit for good work and caring, like senoritas Christina,Camila, Shirene and the rest of the staff @ Starbucks in canton do, so we will give the over due credit to each other and also showing that it's cool to care because WE ALL MATTER..Gracia's,,,and Gracia's to the rest of us, the hard working caring human beings, that's also a proud American,,,Gerald 🇺🇸 🇵🇷

This location has a welcoming feel, and the whole team, especially Che, Summer, and Tim, are super nice and considerate. They work hard to remember people's names and orders; they are very observant and make sure the customers leave happy. I feel like my order is a bit complicated, but they never make a fuss or have an attitude about it. They put up the Christmas/Holiday decorations in one night! It looks so good. Honestly, congratulations on sculpting a good team; I love them.🤗🤗🤗

Delicious drinks, atmosphere, and an incredible staff (especially when bombarded). STAFF: The staff are friendly, humorous, and A-MAZING under pressure. Kudos to the staff who dont even break a sweat and getting the orders RIGHT during rushes considering there's only 2-3 people there when they happen.👌 SEATING: This Starbucks has 6 tables inside including a wheelchair accessible one in the back and tables outside. Inside, there's almost always seating because most customers are mobile orders who leave shortly after or sit outside. Then there's a handful that stay to work, or study, and a couple tourists that occasionally come in. WIFI: Strong and fast connection. Just don't expect to be able to work on website backends or websites with high ram (like me). Although, this isn't limited to just this location. BONUS: Every once in a while when things slow down, they ask cute questions and give out $4 Starbucks cards to whoever can answer the quesrion first. Warning: There's morning rushes during the week between 8ish-10am. By rush, I mean at least 10-12 mobile orders coming in at once. Be prepared.

Excellent service, they are so nice, gentle and patient Lots of space for social distancing. Seems, they redecorated, with post modern touch and granite tables. Bathroom was spotless. Only thing there were no hand towels, or air blower in Harbor East Baltimore Branch Prob better, not to dry grip the door handle, lol
