Starbucks

Hi I attended this Starbucks for about 3 years and I wanted to say thst I love the vibe / atmosphere of the store. I want to say that I saw a new worker named Liam and I wanted to say that he works fast and efficient when making other guests drinks. He made my order and I must say that evening was made perfectly. He was also very polite and even said have a wonderful day when he handed me my order as well.

There are three Starbucks stores in this area Lynbrook, Rockville center, and Baldwin. Lynbrook is terrible Rockville center is all right Baldwin never misses. Anytime I order from the Baldwin store on the mobile app the coffee is always ready when I get there unlike Lynbrook where I have to wait an extra 20 minutes every time. Not only is the Baldwin store efficient but also super friendly as every morning when I walk in somebody screams hello from behind the counter. I can’t even imagine how many times they say good morning to people lol but still every day like clockwork I’m greeted and served very quickly. Lynbrook really needs to catch up shout out to the people at the Baldwin store making it happen!!

I love how the baristas are trained to know exactly what to suggest for you. My granddaughter is one and she told me of all of the training they must have before they're allowed behind the counter. When I walk into my two favorite Starbucks, they know what I want and fix it immediately upon me entering the store. It's pretty amazing, considering all the people they serve. I love the customer service.
