A little pricey since I was there a few years ago. No senior discount because now they give you a free sundae if you order from their Happy Ending menu (which we didn’t)..not such a Happy Ending for us, however the food was great; so five stars.

Would go back again ad again . Service is everything going forward. Was closing time the manager wonderful young lady still allowed me to order. They took there time making my order and the shake and Jim dandy just right. Customer service is key in today's world with so many different options out there. Thank you and thank you...

Wasn’t thrilled about the menu changes but the food was good. I haven’t been to this location since before Covid and it seems much cleaner and more inviting. It was a little more crowded than I expected but we were seated quickly and got our food in a timely manner. Our waiter Ola was so patient with the kids and so nice and didn’t get aggravated when I kept asking about the new menu. The manager (Kayla) came over to check on us and was so sweet. I normally don’t come to Friendlys often but even my husband commented it was such a nice experience.

I had dinner at Friendly's in Baldwin. The food was great. Chloe was our server, and she was wonderful. She was attentive, and made our dining experience very pleasant. I haven't been to Friendly's in years, and I received better food, and better service from Friendly's restaurant, then I would receive from a lot of other restaurants.

Staff was super friendly, restaurant was spotless ( even the restroom). But best of all, was the FRESHNESS of our food. It was made fresh to order. You could tell this location took great pride in the quality of food they serve.

Food is good and not terribly over complicated. Can be a bit noisy and sometimes service can be slow ( like the kitchen being backed up), however, overall good choice. Selection of food choices here are very good....and then of course the ice cream.... pistachio, the best!

Family friendly place serving good, sit down fast food. Some of us ordered food, others ice cream. I was one who had ice cream and I have to say it was delicious! The wait staff was so patient and accommodating. Ot was a very pleasant, fun time.

Decent food , very good ice cream, service is hit or miss. Appetizers after 8pm are half price. They also deliver locally. Breakfast is our favorite...quick, hearty and well priced. Kathleen is our absolute favorite and does a great job of making us feel welcomed and valued. She really goes above and beyond to deliver a flawless experience. At times the staff is distracted with personal conversations and not very attentive which is disappointing because they could really make a difference in delivering a great experience. The restaurant is nostalgic ! It's also newly renovated and very nice . It's clean and the booths are cozy and comfortable. Friendly's has that throw back feel and is a cute addition to the community. I would recommend to any looking for casual or family friendly dining at reasonable prices.
