Lovely building and nice interior. I had the veggie breakfast, it was good but the beans and eggs were a little cold.

Excellent quality food and coffee + great service.
Was pleasantly surprised how well they were able to accommodate our group of 8 for brunch, which we all enjoyed.
Will definitely go again.

I've been here a few times now and whether it's for just a coffee, a take out or table service the service is always friendly and with a smile. The food is yummy and the coffee is delightful.

Lovely cafe, coffee was excellent and sandwich lunch yummy and very substantial with crisps and two side salads (slaw and mixed) - hubby and I shared and they split one between the two of us, and it was perfectly plated!

Really lovely cafe inside an antique shop. The menu is really great here and unexpected! Really nice options, amazing veggie and vegan dishes and a wide range of teas and coffees. Also great prices, less than £10 per meal! Staff also really friendly :)

Gorgeous little cafe with the friendliest of staff. As I'm not from Derbyshire I asked the waitress what a oatcake was, she very kindly explained it was like a savoury pancake. I ordered the roast vegetable, mozzarella and pesto oatcake and it was delicious. It was served with crisps, coleslaw (which was so tasty) and salad (also delicious). The portions are plentiful and food very tasty. Coffee was also very good. If you visit Bakewell be sure to visit Gallery Cafe. Thank you to the staff for a lovely lunch.

Enjoyable first visit while passing. Great service and friendly staff.
Good selection of well presented food, excellent coffee selections; include guest roasts, which I hope to sample on another visit.
Slight negative remark would be heat and cooking fumes produced due to kitchen being in close proximity to seating.
Definitely recommend based on first impressions.

Lovely cafe. Dropped in for a coffee and some cake. Seated quickly, prompt and pleasant service. Flat white was good as was the generous tea portion. Bakewell tart was lovely (as should be expected!) And the cream scone was delicious. Would return.

After a stroll round Bakewell decided on The Gallery for lunch. Was busy afternoon but seated pretty quickly. Staff were pleasant, food was nice , Large Cafetiere was small only 2 small cups of coffee , we use large cafetières they hold 8 cups so not sure how they class theirs as large.
Called The Gallery , was expecting a nice array of well positioned artwork on the walls , there we're some pictures dotted around.
All in all was pleasant enough ..
