Had to wait 25mins as woman in front didn't understand ordering system,and I also ordered a burger which was made from scratch and was hot and delish,fritters were disappointing as they had been in top hotplate the whole time I waited and were cold and greasy,despite me asking for hot ones at counter, and I could clearly see fresh ones just made,chips were also nice and hot,would definitely visit again,minus the fritters, unless I see they are fresh out of the pan. Overall a great selection of lovely food.

This is my local chip shop, I've been going to it since I was a kid. The food has always been amazing. People come from all over Ayrshire its so good. It's one of the best chippy's in the UK. If you come to Ayr you have to try it. Best chips in Ayrshire.

A great chippy, great selection of food. You won't be disappointed with anything from here.
The above statement I stand by, this is a piece I am adding on after another visit. Most of the staff are good but some need to smile more and stop making it plainly obvious when they are not in the best of moods. Customer service makes all the difference!!!!
