Fiesta Mexicana

Very good restaurant. Nothing bad to say, but wasn't a great restaurant. I would eat here again. The food was good. The service good. I will try different dishes in the future. Maybe upgrade my rate, but for now I will hold the 5 stars across the board. The chips were good and the enchiladas are worth coming back for. The 32 ounce beer was a nice touch! Still have to try the tacos though. Looking forward to my next visit.

I had been here several years ago and it didn't really stand out in my memories. However recently I was told to give this place a try by a waiter at a different restaurant. So back I went. So very glad I did. They have definitely upped their game since then. Everything was fantastic, even the kids quesadillas. Highly recommend the crispy chile relleno and the mole sauce. Mole is just mole if you haven't had good mole. This is fantastic mole. Fajita burrito deluxe was wonderful as well. Really the only remote negative we found was that they don't have salt and pepper shakers. They don't need them, but kids wanted more salt on the chips. They brought salt packets for the kids. Everything was perfectly seasoned and delicious.

So we decided to try out Fiesta for lunch today, and it didn't disappoint. First thing, service. Our server Maroni was an amazing dude and was extremely attentive and was always available when we needed him. Second, atmosphere. This place is comfortable, colorful, and the energy from the staff made for a welcoming feeling. Finally, the food. The food was expertly prepared and plated. Nothing was overcooked or undercooked, flavors and seasons we exactly where they were expected to be. Overall, this was a five-star place for sure. I highly recommend the Mojarra Frita, which is an amazing whole fried tilapia, and it was incredible.

Absolutely delicious Mexican food. My 10 year old daughter got steak enchiladas and ate them both! Rice and beans were delicious. I got a vegetarian burrito and had them hold the cheese. It was huge (good for two meals at least) and delicious. Many vegetarian burritos just have beans. This has cauliflower and mushrooms and carrots and onions and everything was seasoned and cooked wonderfully. We will definitely go back again.
